wt777 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo identity document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of source of funds. KYC documents must be authentic, legible and belong to the Account holder.
Verification may be requested at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time the Operator reasonably determines it is necessary. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for unverified Accounts. The Operator reserves the right to impose temporary account restrictions pending KYC completion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify wt777 immediately via the Help Center. wt777 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Deposits to wt777 Accounts are accepted through payment methods made available by the Operator from time to time. All balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Where the Platform references familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — such references are provided as contextual information for users familiar with Pakistan's payment landscape. By depositing, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are legally owned by you, are not derived from unlawful activity, and that you have no legal obligation to return those funds to any third party. The Operator may request source-of-funds documentation as part of AML compliance procedures.
Funds deposited to your wt777 Account are held for the purposes of betting and gaming on the Platform. They are not deposits in a regulated banking sense and are not covered by any deposit insurance scheme.
Withdrawal of real-money balance is available to verified Account holders. All withdrawal requests are subject to: completed KYC verification; satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; compliance screening; and the Operator's internal review process.

Processing timelines depend on the chosen payment method, the user's verification status, AML screening outcomes and the policies of the receiving payment provider. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per time period. These limits are displayed within the Account withdrawal interface and may be updated by the Operator from time to time with reasonable notice.
The Operator reserves the right to withhold, delay or refuse a withdrawal where: the Account has not completed KYC verification; there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse; the withdrawal would result in a negative balance; or any ongoing investigation remains unresolved.
Promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and other incentive offers are made available at the Operator's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the Bonus balance (or winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contribution rates, time limits and minimum odds are specified in each promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the Bonus balance being forfeited.
The Operator takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk betting strategies (such as arbitrage or matched betting with external accounts) to extract bonus value; and coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Operator may void bonuses, reverse winnings and close associated Accounts.
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. No compensation is owed for the withdrawal of a promotional offer that has not yet been triggered by the User.
All bets are subject to acceptance by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where: the bet was placed at incorrect odds due to a system error; the event has already commenced or concluded at the time of placement; or the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.

Bets are settled in accordance with the applicable sport or game rules and the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or game system. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the Operator's decision — made in good faith with reference to available official data — shall be final.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or data feed failure that affects the integrity of a bet or game round, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No winnings will be paid on bets accepted under erroneous conditions where the error is material.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wt777 Platform:
Breach of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities and civil action where appropriate.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account at its reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where: the User has breached these Terms; the User is found to be under the minimum age; the Account is associated with fraudulent activity; or the User fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the Help Center. Account closure requests initiated for responsible gambling reasons will be treated as a self-exclusion and processed with the highest priority. Pending verification of real-money balance, any unplayed deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable policy.
Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via a method determined by the Operator, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML requirements.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed, as applicable. In the event of any dispute arising under these Terms, the parties shall first attempt resolution through the Operator's internal complaints procedure. The Operator does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for disputes arising from these Terms, as the Platform does not hold a Pakistani license.
Nothing in this Section affects any non-excludable rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
